Please make sure your conversations are interesting when you are with Jamie. If they are funny too...an added plus, because our Jamie has a wonderful sense of humor and loves to laugh.
Avoid, at any expense discussions related to Real Estate. If you are renovating or building a home...do not offer to show her your house plans or discuss your septic size. She is just not interested.
If you are unlucky enough, as I am, to actually be in the Real Estate business...tread lightly. If someone in her company (or even her ear shot) asks you anything at all related to Real Estate, change the subject quickly. Best if you can redirect the attention to one of Jamie's top interests.
It is acceptable to converse on the following subjects : Jamie's beautiful hair, her great shoes and handbags, your admiration for her general style and business acumen, how great her husband and kids are (as long as it is directly related to Jamie's doing), The USA Network, and of course Yoga!
Jamie is passionate and interested in many things...Real Estate is just not one of them.
